防空导弹发控装置测试诊断系统设计

摘    要:研制一套针对某型防空导弹地面发控装置的通用测试设备,用于部队防空导弹维修线,实现对防空导弹地面发控装置的自动化检测和诊断,达到降低维修成本.节约经费,提高部队维修效率和作战能力的目的;系统采用了基于VXI总线技术的测控仪器组合,实现了对防空导弹发控装置内部所有信号的仿真和测试,通过对被测对象的详细测试需求分析.针对防空导弹发控装置不同单元的测试特点来编制各自的测试与诊断流程,实现了测试和故障诊断一体化的要求。

Abstract:A universal test system is developed for some air defense missile trigger device, this system can be used in the maintain line of army, it can detect and diagnose defense missile subaerial trigger device automatically. This leads to the saving of upkeep, the elevation of maintain effect and the increase of ability to battle, The test system is based on the VXI bns instruments, which can generate and measure all kinds of signals of missile trigger device. Through detail analyze to the test needs of each unit of tbe missile trigger dcvice, the test program for each unit is developed, which contains both test and diagnose libraries in one system.
