摘    要:采用活性炭隔离法进行了生物除草剂70014在生物靶标黄瓜和稗草植物体上的吸收和作用部位试验。通过试验发现,在根层处理中,黄瓜和稗草的根接触500mg/L浓度的药剂70014后,明显抑制了黄瓜和稗草的根和茎的生长;在芽层处理中,黄瓜的芽(茎)接触500mg/L浓度的药剂70014后,黄瓜的根和茎受到一定的抑制,稗草芽(茎)接触500mg/L浓度的药剂70014后对根没有抑制作用,对茎有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:The evaluation of absorb ability and activity of bio-based herbicide 70014 using activated carbon partition method on the plant bodies of cucumber and barnyard grass was carried out. At the concentration of 500 mg/L, 70014 could effectively inhibit the growth of roots as well as stems when the plants were treated through roots. But at the same concentration, when the herbicide was applied to buds (stems), it resulted differently in cucumber and barnyard grass: the growth of both roots and steams of cucumber...
