摘    要:针对专变用户窃电问题,文中提出了一种基于窄带物联网的防窃电方案,该方案通过实时监测用户电力系统运行参数来判断是否窃电。准确地说是通过使用LoRa对比真空断路器侧和计量箱侧的电流或功率以及监测计量箱状态判断窃电是否发生。如果发生窃电数据将通过NB-IoT上传至OneNET平台,然后通过API将平台数据传送至Web应用。数据通过读取智能电能表、智能开关控制器以及设计高压防窃电监控仪获取。该系统硬件电路以STM32为核心,NB-IoT模块采用中国移动M5311设计。通过安装测试以及数据分析判断,能够有效进行防窃电监测。

Abstract:This paper proposes an anti-theft scheme for users of special transformers based on narrow-band Internet of things,the scheme determines whether the power is stolen by monitoring the operating parameters of the power system in real time. To be precise,it determines whether power theft occurs by using LoRa to compare the current or the power of vacuum circuit breaker with the power of meter box,at same time it also monitor the status of the meter box. If power stealing occurs,the data will be uploaded to the OneNET platform through NB-IoT device,and then the platform send the data through API(Application Program Interface)to the web application. The power data is obtained by reading the smart electricity meter and the smart switch controller. This system uses STM32 chip to control the hardware circuit and uses China Mobile M5311 to design the NB-IoT module. Through test and data analysis,it can effectively monitor against power theft.
