Quality Examination and Quality Control of Cold Working Steel Wire

this paper investigates the problems of quality requirement, quality examination and quality control in a state of cold working steel wire, which are based on producing state of metallic textile accessories in our country. The results show that the quality of cold working steel wire depends on the wire s material examination, skinning, acid clraning, lubricating, drawing and heat treatment. etc. It suggests the wire's skin examination, physical examination, chemical examination and other examinations adopt the advanced apparatus on the basis of the wire 's quality reuqirements. The test results should be the main basis of the quality appreciation and quality control of the wire itself.
