PP/POE汽车保险杠专用料的研制

摘    要:介绍了聚烯烃弹性体(POE)增韧聚丙烯(PP)用于汽车保险杠的研究情况。包括POE的结构及其特点,POE用量、填料、过氧化物的DCP用量对PP增韧、强度、热性能的影响。结果表明,POE增韧优于EPDM,研制材料已用于万通和CABSTAR车型的保险杠。

Abstract:Studies on the employing of POE for toughening PP to meet the demands of automobile bumpers were conducted. The structure and features of POE and the influences of the dosages of POE, fillers and peroxides of DCP on the toughness strength and thermal properties of the toughened PP were discussed. Experimental results showed that, compared with EPDM, POE proved itself to be a better toughness promotor. Such POE toughened PP materials have found their way into the automobile bumpers constructive for Wantong and CABSTAR cars.
