PP／POE汽车保险杠专用料的研制

介绍了聚烯烃弹性体（ＰＯＥ）增韧聚丙烯（ＰＰ）用于汽车保险杠的研究情况。包括ＰＯＥ的结构及其特点，ＰＯＥ用量、填料、过氧化物的ＤＣＰ用量对ＰＰ增韧、强度、热性能的影响。结果表明，ＰＯＥ增韧优于ＥＰＤＭ，研制材料已用于万通和ＣＡＢＳＴＡＲ车型的保险杠。

Preparation of the Modified PP/POE Blends for Automobile Bumpers

Studies on the employing of POE for toughening PP to meet the demands of automobile bumpers were conducted. The structure and features of POE and the influences of the dosages of POE, fillers and peroxides of DCP on the toughness strength and thermal properties of the toughened PP were discussed. Experimental results showed that, compared with EPDM, POE proved itself to be a better toughness promotor. Such POE toughened PP materials have found their way into the automobile bumpers constructive for Wantong and CABSTAR cars.
