摘    要:讨论了PVC蔬菜大棚膜生产中有关热稳定的物理学机理,评价了硬脂酸锌的热稳定作用。根据色度学原理设计了用色素取代硬脂酸锌,抑制了PVC蔬菜大棚膜生产中初期着色的方案,批量试生产证明:该方法简便实用,能有效地防止“锌烧”。

Abstract:The physics chemical mechanism of heat stability of vegetable green house PVC films is reviewed.Heat stability of zinc stearate,a commonly used coloring method,is discussed.Colorants are chosen to subtitute zinc stearate in the production of green house PVC film,as a means to slow down the initial coloring reception of the film.Test production batches with the new method has proved practical;zinc burning is claimed to have been avoided.
