两级式光伏扬水逆变器的开发

摘    要:本文结合光伏扬水系统的实际应用,开发两级式(直流升压+逆变)专用逆变器。通过所研制的样机及系统实验,研究和比较各种控制方式的运行特性,选定产品的最终优化方案,并与单级式逆变器进行全面对比,划分出最佳应用功率范围。实验结果表明,采用直流母线电压可调升压、最大功率点跟踪逆变控制方式的两级式逆变器转换效率高、控制特性好,光伏阵列工作电压的可选范围大,从而使光伏扬水系统的设计与配置具有更大的灵活性。

Abstract:In this paper, a two-stage (Boost and invert) application specific inverter is designed and developed based on the practical application of solar pumping systems. By discussing and comparing the operating characteristics of all kinds of control modes via systematic experiments and the developed product prototype of the inverter, the final optimal scheme of this product is determined.
