摘    要:通过空心抽油杆集肤效应电加热技术及其电缆可以穿越的空心环流抽油泵的制造、应用技术,实现了对井筒内的调油从泵下、泵体、泵上直至井口,进行全程电加热。在近百口稠油井的应用试验中,取得了明显的增产效果。通过检测和试用,证明该空心环流抽油泵的设计制造技术,能成功地将集肤效应电加热技术用于稠油开采工艺中,并推上了行之有效的应用阶段。为当前国内稠油藏开采,推出了一项最为适用的配套新工艺。

Abstract:Whole course electric heating on heavy oil from a position below the pump upto the well head in wellbore including pump body is realized by using surface action of electric heating with hollow pumping rod and using hollow oil pump with circulation current and which can be crossed by cable. Application and experiments in nearly a hundred wells show that the increased production is notable. It is proved by detection and probation that through this special made hollow oil pump with circulation current,surface action of electric heating is successfully used for production of heavy oil. This technology has already been effective in practice,and is a necessary technology for recovery of heavy oil at present in China.
