摘    要:SOD在维持生物体内O-2.产生与消除的动态平衡中起着重要的作用,其小分子模拟化合物的研究一直受到重视,文章合成了一种模拟SOD的锰配合物,应用X射线衍射方法测定了其晶体结构,并对它们进行了红外光谱图、紫外光谱图表征,最后利用邻苯三酚自氧化法进行了生物活性检测。

Abstract:SOD is very important in keeping the condensation of O-2.,and the study of small molecu minics is always noticed.In the paper,Superoxide Dismutase O-2.was analyzed,and minic were made by IR and UV characterization.The minic structure of the complex(C24H40Cl5MnN5O2)was determinted by X-ray diffraction.At last,the ability of minics to scavenge by means of pyrogallol autoxidation was tested.
