摘    要:用2-氯吡啶与KOH在乙二醇中反应得到2-羟基吡啶的碱金属盐,再经中和得目标产物2-羟基吡啶。采用溶解度好、沸点合适的乙二醇作溶剂,不仅对原料2-氯吡啶的溶解度较好,还对KOH具有较好的溶解效果,使得反应能均相进行。该工艺操作简单,反应条件温和,副产物少,产品总收率达到90.4%。

Abstract:Alkali metal salt of 2-hydroxypyridine can be obtained by the reaction of 2-chloropyridine and KOH in ethylene glycol,and 2-hydroxylpyrine was also got by neutralization with HCl.This technology uses ethylene glycol as solvent,that has good solubility and suitable boiling point.By this method,simple operation,mild conditions and less by-product were observed.The overall yield is 90.4%.
