Abstract: | The mobile Manufacturing Technologies Laboratory (MTL), a program that takes technology education to students, is described. The program was introduced by the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS) consortium, a public and private partnership whose goal is to improve US competitiveness through collaborative R&D, in 1992.
