| 摘 要： | 通过宏观检查、壁厚测定及金相检验等手段,对柴油加氢精制装置工艺加热炉对流室炉管爆管进行分析,确定了发生爆管的主要原因是超温和钉头焊接缺陷,提出了炉管在使用中需要注意的问题。
