摘    要:20CrMoA抽油杆头板手方部在校直过程中发生断裂,通过对断口进行宏观和微观分析,结果表明原材料中的气泡缺陷所造成的微小孔洞和材料本身非金属夹杂物含量高导致抽油杆在锻造时开裂并在随后的校直过程中断裂。

Abstract:20CrMoA sueker rod head's square spanner fractured in straighetning process.The fracture surface was ex-amined by using the macroscopic and micro scopic methods the results showed that small holes caused by bubble in raw material and excessive non-metallic indusions leakd to cracking in forging process and subsequendly fracturing in straightening proless.
