摘    要:采用超声波强化Fenton试剂进行制浆中段废水的深度处理。通过正交实验和单因素实验,探讨了各主要因素对废水色度和CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明,当在超声波频率为28 kHz、超声波功率为1000 W、废水初始pH值为3.0、Fe2+用量为50 mg/L、H2O2用量为0.9 mg/L、超声波处理时间11 min的条件下,废水色度和CODCr去除率分别达91.3%和69.2%。

Abstract:The treatment of pulping effluent by ultrasonic strengthened Fenton process was carried out.Based on the orthogonal test and single factor test,the effects of every main factor on color and CODCr removal rate were investigated.The results showed that the removal rates of color and CODCr of the effluent are 91.3% and 69.2% under the conditions as ultrasonic frequency of 28 kHz,output power of 1000 W,initiate pH value of the effluent is 3.0,treatment time is 11min and concentrations of Fe2+ and H2O2 are 50 mg/L and 0.9 mg/L respectively.
