轴向车铣铸铝内孔表面粗糙度的研究

摘    要:在改造的机床上进行了轴向车铣铸铝内孔表面的实验,分别研究了周向进给量、轴向进给量和切削速度对内孔表面粗糙度的影响,得到不同切削条件下的影响曲线。实验结果表明周向进给量和轴向进给量对表面粗糙度影响较大,切削速度对表面粗糙度影响不大。切削表面有条纹及滚花纹理,实际生产应该合理控制并加以利用,扩大车铣技术的应用范围。

Abstract:The test of cast aluminum inner bore was done with turn-milling on the reformed machine tool. The influence curves were got under different cutting parameters mainly included circumference feed, axial feed and the cutting speed. The test result indicated that the circumference feed and the axial feed had more influence and the cutting speed had less influence on the surface roughness of cast aluminum inner bore. There were stripe and knurl texture on the inner bore surface, which should be controlled reasonably and used in practical production expanding the range of turn-milling application.
