| Abstract: | According to the demands on surface movment observation for investigating the law of moutain surface subsidence by extracting coal, this paper studies the observating programme and the indicators of precision, reliability, sensitivity and economy of mountain observation by general theory of controlled network optimization. The optimal design method of mountain observation is put forward and the computer aided optimization design system is developed. |
