| 摘 要： | 光谱分析用块状标准物质的均匀化程度，在很大程度上取决于标准物质的制备方式，某些铸态标准物质的制作系统容易产生合金组织沿样品深度方向形成梯度分布，由其产生的不确定度分量，往往不容忽略，应考虑加入总不确定度中。

| Abstract: | The degree of uniformity of bulk standard material using for spectroscopic analysis,depended on the preparation of material in a large extent,some of the cast standard material production system easily lead alloy structure to a gradient distribution along sample depth direction,but uncertainty components of for it often can not be overlooked,should be considered joining the total uncertainty. |
