| 摘 要： | 本文详细介绍了由德国ＶＯＩＴＨ公司近期研制成功的Ｄｙｎａｍｉｃｃｏａｔｅｒ刮刀涂布器，通过对该涂布器二种上料系统的工艺，设计特性的分析，预计量部件的原理，结构的介绍，及计量部件的使用情况比较，让人们了解当前刮刀涂布器的发展趋势，为选用刮刀涂布器提供了一定的理论及实践依据。

| Abstract: | This paper presents in detail the Dynamic coater system successfully developed byVoith A.G.The technological and design characteristics of two different application systemof this coater are analysed,and principles and configurations of the relevant pre-meteringdevices are discussed and compared.It is hoped that keeping in pace with the current trendsin blade coater developments would enable more appropriate approaches in choosing the bestsuited blade coater for any one specific purpose such that the choice proves to be theoreticallygrounded. |
