论彭祖文化的形成、发展与历史地位

摘    要:彭祖文化是包涵物态、行为、心理三个层面的立体文化系统,是彭祖开创、后人完善、以追求养生长寿为目的,以烹饪、导引等技艺为手段的生命科学单元,起源于以徐州为中心的江苏北部。从彭祖形象的神仙化演变、彭祖传说的民俗化普及、彭祖养生理论的不断丰富三个方面分析,彭祖文化在新时期生命科学研究和传统文化继承领域仍然具有学术价值和应用价值。

Abstract:Pengzu culture, as a multidimensional culture system, comprises three planes - object, behavior and psychology. Originated in Xuzhou-centered Northern Jiangsu, Pengzu culture is a life science unit, which was initiated by Penzu and has been improved thereafter for the purpose of longevity and healthpreserving by means of cuisine and direction. Exploration and analysis of the apotheosized Pengzu image, the popularization of folkloric Pengzu tales and the enrichment of Pengzu healthcare theory found that Pengzu culture is still of academic and practical values in modern-day life science study and the heritage of traditional culture.
