摘    要:针对感应电机V/F控制系统低速性能不理想的问题,该文提出了一种新颖的补偿方案,主要对死区效应和定子电阻压降进行补偿。该方案采用基于定子电压矢量定向的旋转坐标变换,能够方便地得到定子电阻压降补偿量,并能准确地判断电流方向,进行死区补偿。该方案仅需知道定子电阻值,实现简单。实验结果表明:采用补偿方案后,定子电流波形明显改善,电机能在1.5Hz满载平稳运行,且起动特性和动态性能良好。

Abstract:A novel compensation method for dead- time effects and stator voltage drop is presented in the paper to improve the low speed performance of V/F controlled induction motor drive system. Based on stator voltage vector oriented rotation coordinate transformation, the stator voltage drop compensation component can be easily got, and the dead- time effects can also be compensated by exactly judge the direction of the currents.
