封隔器封隔时胶皮筒接触应力的模拟试验研究

摘    要:在油田开发中封隔器是实施分层采油、分层注水、分层压裂或酸化、机械卡堵水等注采工艺作业的主要井下工具,封隔器上的胶皮筒是保证工作可靠性的重要元件,把胶皮筒安装在模拟试验装置中进行模拟实际井下工况的受力试验,通过在套管壁周围分布应力传感器,测得胶皮筒在封隔时接触应力的大小及分布情况,这对封隔器的设计和现场使用具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:During oil field development,one of the major downhole tools is packer,which is used in the following injection and production operations:separate layer oil recovery,separate layer water injection,separate layer fracturing or acidizing,and mechanical water plugging.The packing element on the packer is an important part,which insure the reliability of the process.The packing element is installed on the simulation test tool to simulate the bearing pressure under the downhole.The stress sensor distributed around the casing well,is used to measure the value of contact stress and it's distribution,having an important roles for packer's design and application.
