硼氮化菜籽油水基润滑添加剂的摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:在菜籽油分子中引入硼和氮,合成了一种新型水基润滑添加剂(BN),并利用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行了鉴定。通过四球试验机考察了在水中的摩擦学性能,用X射线光电子能谱仪对磨痕表面元素进行了分析,探讨了该添加剂的板压抗磨作用机理。结果表明:该硼氮化菜籽油在水中具有优良的抗磨和减摩性能,其润滑作用机理是长链菜籽油分子作为载体与缺电子的硼、高反应活性的免协同作用在摩擦金属表面形成了高强度的吸附膜和(或)摩擦化学反应膜。

Research on Tribological Behaviors of Boron-nitrogen Modified Rapeseed Oil as Water-based Lubricating Additive

Abstract:A new type of boron - nitrogen modified rapeseed oil as water - based lubricating additive was synthesized and the chemical functional group was identified with infrared spectrum. The tribological properties of the additive in water were evaluated with four balls friction tester. The elements on worn surfaces were analyzed by means of X - ray Photoelectron Spectroscope ( XPS), the EP & antiwear mechanism was discussed. The result shows that the additive has excellent load carrying capacity, antiwear and friction - reducing abilities in water. The lubrication mechanism is that the high strength adsorption film and/or tribochemical reaction film was formed on rubbing surfaces due to the carrier effect of the long chain rapeseed oil molecules, high reaction active nitrogen, electron - deficient boron and their synergism.
