| Abstract: | Ecological environment protection is the main part of the sustainable development strategy of modern cities' construction. According to the extension and changes of Shengli Canal in Jiangmen city, the importance and related experience and lessons emphasized on the ecological protection during the course of urban planning. development and construction were discussed and summarized. Also, several measures for urban ecological protection were put forward in the view of urban planning and construction in the thesis. |
