抗菌聚丙烯的性能及影响因素

摘    要:选用经表面处理的无机抗菌剂和共聚聚丙烯(PP)及助剂熔融共混制备抗菌PP,研究了抗菌剂在PP中的分散性和抗菌PP的抗菌性能、力学性能及加工性能。结果表明:当抗菌剂质量分数为0.5%时,抗菌PP具有强抗菌性,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均达到99.0%以上;加入质量分数为1.00%的抗菌剂则具有强抗菌持久性.同时抗菌PP保持良好的力学性能和加工性能。

Abstract:A series of antibacterial polypropylene (PP) were prepared via melt blending of surface modified inorganic antibacterial agent,PP and processing aids.The dispersibility of the inorganic antibacterial agent, antibacterial property,mechanical properties and processability of the antibacterial PP were studied.The results show that when the antibacterial agent of 0.5% by mass is added the antibacterial efficiency to colibacillus and staphylococcus aureus reaches over 99.0%.The antibacterial PP is endued with preeminent durability in antibacterial property due to the introduction of the antibacterial agent of 1.00% by mass and at the same time,its superior mechanical properties and processability remain.
