含载银磷酸锆的抗菌EVA发泡材料的研究

摘    要:以乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为原料,载银磷酸锆为抗菌剂,制备抗菌EVA发泡材料。采用硅烷、硼酸酯、铝酸酯3种偶联剂,分别对载银磷酸锆粉体表面改性。结果表明:采用硼酸酯改性的载银磷酸锆粉体,疏水性和分散性效果最好;含质量分数为1%的载银磷酸锆(经2.5%硼酸酯处理)的EVA发泡材料,其泡孔孔径增大,相对密度115 kg/m~3,拉伸强度2.02 MP,撕裂强度4.60 kN/m,断裂伸长率248%,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别达到99.9%和97.8%,物理力学性能和抗菌性能优良。

Abstract:The antibacterial ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)foaming materials were prepared with EVA as raw material and silver-loaded zirconium phosphate as antibacterial.The surface modification of silver- loaded zirconium phosphate powder was carried out with taking silane,borate and aluminate as coupling agents,respectively.The results indicate that the optimal hydrophobicity and dispersion can be achieved through the modification of silver-loaded zirconium phosphate powder with borate.The addition of 1% silver-loaded zirconium phosphate powder(modified by 2.5% borate)make the EVA foaming materials possess 115 kg/m~3 of relative density,2.02 MPa of tensile strength,4.60 kN/m of tear strength and 248% of elongation at break as well as the increased cell diameter.The antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus attain 99.9% and 97.8%,respectively.The silver-loaded zirconium phosphate powder modified with borate endues the EVA foaming materials with superior mechanical and antibacterial performance.
