摘    要:研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂的反应工艺条件与产品物性的对应关系,通过分析反应压力、反应温度、共聚单体和停留时间对产品性能的影响,确定了生产HDPE管材专用料YEM4803T的工艺参数,工业化生产了YEM4803T产品,对该产品进行了物性测试和加工应用试验。结果表明,YEM4803T加工流动性能和物理性能优良。

Abstract:The relation between physical properties and polymerization conditions of high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin was studied.The technological parameters of the speciality HDPE resin for tubing,grade YEM4803T,were determined through analyses of the effects of reaction pressure,temperature,comonomer and residence time on product's performance.The measurement of physical properties and processing and application tests of the commercially produced speciality resin were carried out.The results indicate that YEM4803T possesses good processing flowability and eminent physical properties.
