| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型的智能化多功能的光栅单色仪扫描控制器，其硬件部分介绍了步进电机驱电路、细分电路、单片机控制系统和断电保护等几个方面，软件部分介绍了整个程序的设计思想和主程序流程框图。同时对几个有关问题作了初步的讨论。

| Abstract: | A novel type scan controller for grating monochromator is introduced in thispaper. The stepmotor driving circuit,single chip microcomputer system and protection circuitfor power failure of scan controller one described. The idea of program design and flow chartof main program are showed in detail. Meanwhile,relative problems about method of designand improvement directions and the like are discussed also in this paper |
