变截面管换热器不同管间支撑物下的实验研究

摘    要:分别对管束结构为单弓形折流板、13变截面管与23光管组合、23变截面管与13光管组合及在13变截面管与23光管组合的基础上,再在此管束边缘部分布置小直径管的4种管壳式换热器进行试验比较和分析。试验结果为无折流板变截面管混合管束纵向流管壳式换热器在工业上的推广提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:With various methods to test,compare and analyze four kinds of shell-tube heat exchanger with small diameter tubes arranged surrounding the edge of tube bundle which is in a structure of single segment baffle,1/3 variable cross section combined with 2/3 bare tube,2/3 variable cross section tube combined with 1/3 bare tube and 1/3 variable cross section tube combined with 2/3 bare tube.The result gives idea that the longitudinal flow shell-tube heat exchanger with the combined tube bundle in variable cross section without baffle plate can provide a certain basis of promoting in industry.
