高纯Ag变形及退火后的微观组织

摘    要:研究了压缩变形及退火热处理对高纯Ag(99.99%)微观组织的影响。结果表明,高纯Ag铸锭模锻后,经570℃×2 h退火可消除铸态组织,屈服强度约为66 MPa,随应变的增加应力明显增加;然后经道次变形量20%,总变形量85%的变形,退火温度为360℃时间为1.5 h,高纯Ag坯料的微观组织均匀,符合制备靶材的基本要求。

Abstract:Microstructure of Ag with 99.99% purity after compressive deformation and annealing was investigated.The results show that yielding strength of Ag ingot die-forged and annealed at 570 ℃ for 2 h is 66 MPa,and the stress increases significantly with increasing strain,i.e,the strain hardening is obvious.With the rolling deformation of 20% per pass and the cold-rolled accumulative reduction of 85%,and then annealed at 360 ℃ for 1.5 h,the microstructure of high-purity Ag is uniform.
