热处理工艺对钛钢爆炸复合板原位弯曲过程的影响

摘    要:利用SEM原位观察了不同热处理工艺下钛钢爆炸复合板的弯曲过程,利用OM和SEM分析了钛钢爆炸复合板弯曲过程中裂纹产生的原因。研究结果表明:不同热处理工艺下,钛钢复合板弯曲过程中界面上产生裂纹,并且裂纹出现的位置不同。原始状态和750℃时,在波头的漩涡处产生裂纹;850℃时,裂纹首先在波峰处产生,随后波头的漩涡处也产生裂纹;950℃时,裂纹首先在波谷处产生,随后沿复合界面扩展。热处理过程中形成的TiC和Ti-Fe金属间化合物导致了弯曲过程中裂纹的萌生和扩展。

Abstract:Bending process of titanium/steel explosive clad plate after different heat treatments was in situ observed by means of SEM and OM.The results show that cracks are initiated at different places along the wavy interface during bending for the titanium/steel plate with different heat treatments.For the titanium/steel explosive clad plate without heat treatment and heat-treated at 750 ℃,cracks are initiated at the swirl of wave head of the wavy interface.Cracks are observed at the wave peak and the swirl of wave head when the plate is heat treated at 850 ℃,and cracking occurs at the valley of the wave and then grows along the interface for the plate after heat treatment at 950 ℃.The TiC and Ti-Fe intermetallic compound formed during heat treatment leads to the initiation and propagation of cracks during bending.
