| 摘 要： | 通过对HBsAg阳性志愿者接种甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗的抗体应答及其它有关临床反应观察，表明HBsAg阳性者接种甲肝减毒活疫苗后，其局部及全身临床反应与对照组差异无显著意义，肝酶检测2、4、8周（SGPT）与免疫前相对照，未见有意义的改变，但却能同样地产生良好的抗体反应，两组抗体水平相似。证实甲肝减毒活疫苗不仅可对此类易感人群接种，还可提供同样的保护。

| Abstract: | The immune response and adverse reaction of HBsAg positive volunteers immunized with live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine were observed. The result showed no significant difference between the local or systemic reactions of immune and control groups. TheSGPT levels of the volunteers 2, 4 and 8 weeks after immunization were not significantlychanged compared with those before Immunization- However, good immune response was induced. The anti-HAV level of immune group was similar to that of control group. It provedthe protection of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine on HBsAg positive persons. |
