油品突沸故障树分析

摘    要:许多事故的发生往往是由于没有切实可行的预防措施,而预防措施往往是针对事故的原因制定的。通过故障树分析,对油品储运中常见的一种事故-油品突沸进行了分析,找出了导致油品突沸的一些基本致因,提出了一些预防措施,确保油品突沸事故不会发生,保证油品储运的安全生产运行。

Abstract:That many accidents happen often is because there isn't pressing and feasible prevention measure and the establishment of prevention measures always aim at accidents. By means of malfunction tree analysis, oil sudden boiling, that is a familiar accident in oil transportation, was analyzed, its primary cause was found out, and some prevention measures were put forward, in order to avoid the type of accident and guarantee safety transportation.
