设计院项目管理信息系统的开发与应用

现阶段勘测设计企业面临着项目多、任务紧、要求高、变化快等特点,传统的项目管理手段已经无法满足企业多项目精细化管理的要求,信息化已成为勘测设计企业实现多项目精细化管理的有效途径。文章结合企业自身信息化建设的实践,重点介绍了企业设计项目管理系统的设计开发原则、主要内容和取得的应用效果,对其它勘测设计企业开发项目管理系统具有有益的参考价值。

Development and Application of Project Management Information System for Engineering Corporation

Currently,engineering corporations features lots of projects,limit contract term,strict requirements and unexpected changes,etc.The conventional project management means cannot satisfy requirements of the engineering corporations on lots of projects and delicacy management.Therefore,informationization becomes the effective means of the corporations to realize the delicacy management of lots of projects.In combination with practice of informationization construction of the corporation,design and development principles,main contents and application achievements of the engineering project management system of the corporation are introduced in this paper.This provides other engineering corporations for development of engineering project management system with reference.
