| Abstract: | In water transmission project,pipe selection is one key factor which directly affects engineering quality,service life and project investment.Based on such characteristics of the long pipeline,high pipeline pressure and complicated geological conditions of the water transmission project,property of applicable pipes is analyzed and suitable pipes for water transmission project is selected accordingly.In this paper,basic concept and methods for selection of pipes for the water transmission project are described. |
