| 摘 要： | 地质项目经费预算是地质项目在立项、设计阶段的一项重要内容,是项目未来执行、检查、监审的重要依据,但在实际预算编制过程中还存在很多问题。根据以往在预算编制和审查过程中的工作经验,提出了提高地质项目预算编制质量7个方面有效途径。

| Abstract: | The geological project budgeting is an important item in project establishment and design phase,and it is also an important basis for carrying out inspection and examination to projects subsequently.Actually there are lots of problems in course of budgeting.According to the previous work experience in the budgeting and checkup the paper advances seven effective ways to improve budgeting quality of geological projects. |
