溪古水电站竖井旋流溢洪洞设计与分析

摘    要:溪古水电站泄洪建筑物布置受地形地质条件限制,采用了结构简单、进出流方向不受限制的竖井旋流消能方式,在充分利用下部泄洪排沙(放空)洞具有较大的泄洪能力基础上,结合导流洞开挖后良好的围岩地质条件,适当减少了上部竖井旋流溢洪洞泄洪规模,将溢洪洞下平段与导流洞结合,优化了泄洪建筑物布置格局,并通过初设和施工详图两阶段水工模型试验分析对比验证,竖井旋流消能,是一种便于枢纽灵活布置、具有较高消能率的内消能工型式。

Abstract:Restricted by both topographical and geological conditions,layout of outlet structures of Xigu Hydropower Project applies the energy dissipation by shaft with rotating flow which is simple in structure and directions of its inflow and outflow are not restricted.Based on full application of flood discharge & sand sluice(emptying) tunnel which is at bottom and with high capacity of flood discharge and in combination with the excellent geological conditions of surrounding rock after diversion tunnel is excavated,the discharge capacity of the spillway tunnel with rotating flow in shaft at the top is properly decreased.The lower horizontal section of the spillway tunnel is incorporated with the diversion tunnel,layout of the outlet structures is optimized.Through analysis and verification by hydraulic model tests at both primary and detailed design stages,energy dissipation by shaft with rotating flow is one inner energy dissipater which is convenient for flexible layout of project and with higher energy dissipation efficiency.
