摘    要:根据陕西省水环境特征和水环境承载力评价指标的选取原则,对陕西省水环境承载力进行评价。根据水环境承载力影响因素的特征构建了各评价因素的三层结构模型,并计算确定了各评价指标的权重。在分析模糊优选模型特征的基础上,应用改良模糊修选模型确立了污染因子的环境质量优属程度。最后得出陕西省水环境承载力状态结果。结果表明:2005-2009年间陕西省水环境承载力状况呈逐年改善的趋势,水环境承载力评价值由0.29升至0.52。结果表明,改良的模糊优选模型具有应用简单、建模方便的特点,评价结果可直观反映区域水环境承载力状况。

Abstract:Evaluation index of water environmental carrying capacity is determined in Shaanxi,depending on characteristics of the water environment in Shaanxi Province and selection principles of water environment carrying capacity evaluation index.Based on characteristics of water environment carrying capacity factors,three-layer structure model of evaluation factors are established and the weight of each index is calculated.Based on the characteristics of fuzzy optimization model,improved fuzzy optimization model is used to determine environment quality excellent degree of the pollution factors.The study results show that water environmental carrying capacity was gradually improving from 2005 to 2009 and the valuation value rose from 0.52 to 0.29 in Shaanxi Province.It is proved that improved fuzzy optimization model is simple and convenient to use,evaluation results are reasonable and can directly reflected the state of regional water environment carrying capacity.
