固壁灌浆在破碎岩体锚索造孔施工中的试验与研究

摘    要:黄河拉西瓦水电站Ⅱ号变形体高程2 610 m部位锚索施工,岩体破碎、拉裂缝较宽、架空严重,造孔施工中存在塌孔、掉块、卡钻、漏风等问题,造孔相当困难,采用跟管钻进、护壁灌浆处理,效果均不理想。为了实现顺利造孔,达到设计要求,采用固壁灌浆、大扭矩低转速地质钻机钻进及一些特殊处理方法,最终取得了成功。

Abstract:Issues such as collapse,rock falling,drill seized,compressed-air leakage and so on occur while holes are drilled for construction of anchor cables at El.2 610 m of deformation mass No.2,where rock masses are fractured,ripped joints are wider and serious hollow is available,Laxiwa Hydropower Project.It is difficult to have holes drilled.Measures such as holes drilled with pipes and wall-protection grouting are applied but their results are not as expected.Therefore,measures such as wall-consolidation grouting,drilled by geological rigs with high torque and low rotation speed,and some special treatment methods are taken so as to have holes drilled successfully and satisfy design requirements.Holes finally are drilled.
