摘    要:利用RNG k-ε两方程紊流模型和简化的多相流Mixture模型,模拟了有进出流时单鳃片分离鳃装置的水沙两相流流场。经分析表明:进出流的设置未破坏分离鳃装置中存在的垂向和横向两种异重流,不影响水沙分离效率,但泥沙大量淤积在分离鳃底部,未能及时有效地排出。

Abstract:In this paper,the improved RNG k-ε two-equation model and the multiphase mixture model are used to simulate 3D solid-liquid two-phase flow in the flow of pass in and out single gill-piece separation device.The results indicates that in and out of the setting of the flow separation gills device without damaging the existing in the vertical and horizontal two kinds of different heavy flow,do not affect water sand separation efficiency,but sediment deposition in the bottom of the separation gills,failed to discharge timely and effectively.
