高温深井固井水泥浆稳定性探讨

摘    要:高温深井固井质量难以保证,其中一个重要原因是水泥浆在高温条件下的综合性能不能满足要求,尤其是水泥浆在高温条件下的稳定性。对同一水泥浆配方采用不同的试验方法,可能会得到不同的试验结果。从失水、析水及沉降稳定性三个方面对水泥浆的稳定性进行了探讨,着重讨论了高温条件下水泥浆沉降稳定性的评价方法,推荐了现有试验条件下最接近井下实际情况的水泥浆高温沉降稳定性评价方法,对高温深井固井水泥浆体系设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:It is difficult to guarantee the cementing quality of high-temperature & deep wells,one of important reasons is that the performance of cement slurry under high temperature conditions can not meet the requirements,especially stability of cement slurry.The same cement slurry using different test methods may be different results.The stability of cement slurry was discussed from fluid loss,free water and sedimentation stability,focused on the evaluation methods of sedimentation stability under high temperature,an evaluation method of sedimentation stability was recommended closed to the actual situation of the underground conditions,it has a certain significance to cement slurry design of high-temperature & deep wells.
