| 摘 要： | 水电工程市场庞大，所处区域和基本条件差异大，具有复杂多样性、参建单位众多的特点。参建各方的责任意识和风险意识越来越强，希望或要求现场设计代表处理的技术问题越来越多。对此，笔者提出了设计人员如何更好地提供现场设代服务的若干建议，供设计和设代人员参考。

| Abstract: | Large hydropower engineering markets feature complication,diversity and lots of construction participants because of quite difference of location and basic conditions of the projects.Consciousness of responsibility and risks of the construction participants increase strongly.Technical issues expected or demanded to be solved by residential engineers become more and more.Therefore,tips on site services by residential engineers are raised in this paper for reference by the designers and residential engineers. |
