Abstract:Yangchenghu Lake Crabs,being a special local product,enjoy great reputation both abroad and at home.It has found favor in the eyes of broad consumers since the ancient time for its delicious taste aM rich nutrition.And as a result,a specific crab culture comes into being.Nowadays Yangchenghu Lake Crabs have brought remarkable economic and social benefit and promoted the development of local economy in some way.
