逆变式CO2焊机数字化时序控制系统

摘    要:采用MC68HC11E1单片机,通过对硬件和软件系统的合理设计,实现了逆变式CO2焊机的焊接参数预设与显示、焊接时序控制、焊丝种类和直径选择、焊接引弧和收弧、焊接电缆阻抗检测等的数字化控制,所有设置值、给定量与反馈量均输入单片机进行分析处理。采用波形控制方法对熔熵过渡周期进行控制,同时软件还对时序系统和送丝速度进行精密渐变控制。有效的抗干扰措施保证了系统工作的可靠性。该系统提高了逆变焊机的智能化程度及应用的适应性能。

Abstract:The paper designed the hardware and software systems of an inverter type CO 2 arc welder by microprocessor MC68HC11E1.The items controlled by digitalization are as follows: preset and display of welding parameters, sequential control,selection of wire types and diameters,arc start and crater performances,cable resistance detection,etc.All the preset and feedback variables were set by microprocessor.The droplet transfer cycles were controlled by wave control method.Also gradual adjustment of the sequential and wire feed rate was controlled by software.The reliability of system was improved by measure of anti-interference.The system enhanced the intellectual level and adaptability of welding inverters.
