锆硅渣制备白炭黑研究

分析了锆硅渣用直接中和法、沉淀法难以制备高品质白炭黑的原因是 :锆硅渣的活性比较低 ;锆硅渣中存在大量的机械混合物、物理吸附物、化学吸附物。提出了锆硅渣用物理活化、胶溶、离子交换法制备白炭黑的工艺路线及原理。

Preparation of White Silica by Silica Residue Zirconium

The article analyses that poor activation,the existent of mechanical mixture,the physical and chemical adsorptives in silica residue zirconium are the difficulties in preparating high quality white silica by the method of direct neutralization and precipitation.The craft and principle for preparation of white silica have been proposed,which was made by physical activation,sol solution and ion interchange.
