大型透平压缩机组叶轮裂纹故障的监测分析与诊断 |

摘 要: | 详细阐述了某石化公司芳烃异构化装置运行过程中循环氢压缩机异常振动情况,依据旋转机械故障机理和转子动力学原理,采用正向推理分析状态监测数据,逐项排查异常振动的诱导因素,最终确定压缩机异常振动是由叶轮轮毂开裂导致过盈转动失效,迫使叶轮在负荷变动时相对转轴发生周向运动。借助状态监测系统数据,精准分析故障原因,避免了一次盲目开车带来的严重安全事故。

Abstract: | The abnormal vibration of the circulating hydrogen compressor in the operation of a petro-chemical company's aromatic isomerization unit was introduced,according to mechanism of rotating machinery malfunction and theory of rotor dynamics,and analyzing the state monitoring data via forward reasoning,the technicians went through all the possible causes of the abnormal vibration,and finally confirmed that the abnormal vibration of the circulating hydrogen compressor was caused by the broken impeller hub cracking the failure of interference rotation,which forced the impeller into a circumferential movement to the rotation shaft during the load- change period. With the help of data from state monitoring system to precisely analyze the cause of this malfunction,technicians helped avoid a serious accident caused by careless driving. |
