摘    要:输电线路现场作业涉及工器具和试验设备的吊装,传统方式多采用人力吊装或绞磨机吊装,受环境和使用要求的限制,导致劳动强度高、工作效率低。通过对输电线路现场作业吊装形式进行分析,研制一种输电线路单人携带的智能便携式吊装装置,将机架、磨盘、传动机构、电机、电池、驱动控制模块等采用一体化封装,吊装装置主机质量为10 kg,可由单人携带,吊装质量达200 kg,具有剩余电量显示、吊装速率可调、失电保护等功能,适用于不同现场作业环境中工器具和设备的吊装,有效解决输电专业现场作业吊装难的问题,能够显著降低作业人员劳动强度,提高吊装作业工作质量和效率。

Abstract:On-site operation for power transmission lines often requires hoisting tools and testing equipment.Traditional methods predominantly rely on manual or winch-based hoisting,which results in high labor intensity and low efficiency due to environmental and operational requirements.This paper develops a portable intelligent hoisting device that a single person can carry by analyzing the hoisting mechanisms used in the on-site operations of transmission lines.The device integrates the frame,sheave,transmission mechanism,motor,battery,and control module in a compact package.Weighing only 10 kg,the device can be easily transported by a single person and has a hoisting capacity of up to 200 kg.It displays the remaining battery life,adjustable hoisting speeds,and power failure protection.This portable lifting device is adaptable for different on-site operation environments,effectively addressing the challenges associated with hoisting tasks in transmission line maintenance.It significantly reduces labor intensity while enhancing the quality and efficiency of hoisting operations.
