摘    要:随着电动汽车行业的兴起,充电桩的业务需求随之迅速发展,充电桩作为一种电能计量装置,其准确性直接影响了用户和供电公司的经济利益。为此,本文基于直流充电桩的工作原理展开分析,探究了充电桩的计量误差来源及量化分析方法,建立了直流充电桩远程检测系统;以实现直流充电桩远程检测为目标,对远程检测系统的总体架构、软硬件结构以及通讯手段进行设计,规划了系统测试模块的主要功能。最后,应用该系统对某直流充电桩的计量功能进行鉴定,结果表明本文所提策略在实现直流充电桩的性能检测,推动电动汽车的发展上具有重要的指导作用。

Abstract:With the rise of the electric vehicle industry, the business demand of charging pile develops rapidly. As a kind of electric energy measurement device, the accuracy of charging pile directly affected the economic interests of users and power supply companies. Therefore, based on the working principle of DC charging pile, this paper analyzed the measurement error sources and quantitative analysis methods of DC charging pile, and established a remote detection system of DC charging pile. In order to realize the remote detection of DC charging pile, the overall architecture, hardware and software structure and communication means of the remote detection system were designed, and the main functions of the system test module were planned. Finally, the measurement function of a DC charging pile was evaluated by using the system. The results show that the strategy proposed in this paper has an important guiding role in the performance detection of DC charging pile and the development of electric vehicles.
