摘    要:为满足气象卫星地面系统工程研制和应用过程中的卫星模拟仿真需求,分析了新一代静止轨道气象卫星的功能特点和仿真需求,采用模块化集成原则设计了一种气象卫星模拟器技术架构,实现卫星平台、有效载荷和星地接口的综合模拟。研究了遥测遥控、高速数传、姿轨控和数据管理等卫星功能的模拟方法,实现卫星平台系统核心功能和接口模拟,讨论了有效载荷的功能模拟与载荷数据仿真方法,模拟仪器工作模式,并行实时输出载荷仿真数据。根据风云四号气象卫星星地系统特点,研究了系统评估方法和联试方法,从功能完整性、设计指标符合性、系统可用性等方面对系统效益进行评价。综合评估结果表明,该系统能够达到设计和应用要求。

Research on Geostationary Orbit FY-4 Meteorological Satellite Simulator
Abstract:In order to meet the satellite simulation requirements in the development and application of meteorological satellite ground system engineering,the functional characteristics and simulation requirements of the new generation of geostationary orbit meteorological satellite are analyzed,and a technical architecture of meteorological satellite simulator is designed based on the principle of modular integration to realize the comprehensive simulation of satellite platform,payload and satellite ground interface.The simulation methods of satellite functions such as TT&C,high-speed data transmission,attitude and orbit control,and data management are studied to realize the core functions and interface simulation of the satellite platform system.The functional simulation and data simulation methods of the payloads are studied,the working mode of instrument is simulated,and the payload simulation data is output in parallel and real-time.According to the characteristics of the satellite ground system of FY-4 meteorological satellite,the system evaluation method and system integration test method are studied.The system benefits are evaluated from the aspects of functional integrity,design index compliance,system availability,etc.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the system meets the design and application requirements.
