摘    要:因通信单元检测工作繁杂、效率低,分拣工作难度增大,研究了基于高速电力线载波通信(high-speed power line carrier communication,HPLC)的智能检测终端硬件整体结构和软件整体结构的设计,重点进行了终端的数据链路层协议及抄控器抄读功能的设计,研制出一款能够兼容当前各类芯片载波方案的智能检测终端。实验表明,所研制的智能检测终端解决了不同厂家抄控器不能互抄的弊端,可满足拆回采集通信单元分拣应用需求。

Abstract:Because the sorting task has been complicated and inefficient due to incompatible meters from different manufacturers,this paper studies the design of an intelligent inspection terminal using high-speed power line carrier communication (HPLC).The research covers the design of hardware and software structure,data link layer protocol,and meter reading functionalities.The intelligent inspection terminal is developed to be compatible with various current chip carrier schemes.Experimental results show that this terminal effectively addresses the incompatibility issues among meters from different manufacturers,fulfilling the requirements for communication unit retrieval and sorting applications.
