| Abstract: | With its favorable regional advantages and excellent environment,Changbei District will become the future image of Nanchang and an im- portant carrier of city function.TheDistrict is planned to be built into an ecological new town with strong radiating capacity and sustainable development. Therefore the government is required to promptly makeadjustment to the administrativedivision,push the innovation in management and system,manage the time order for development and work out the policy for progress. |
